Shipping Options
We now offer International shipping, in addition to US and Canada.

USA Shipping Options
Within the USA, our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.
We ship from Portland, Oregon and Priority Mail gets to almost anywhere in the
Continental US in 2-3 business days.
If you need your shipment faster than that, you may use USPS Express
Mail service for an additional fee (please note that there are some regions of the
country that USPS cannot guarantee overnight delivery. We have found that when
this is the case, the item is usually delivered on the second day).
You will always have the option of changing shipping methods at Checkout Time.

International (non-USA) Shipping Options
We ship International orders using USPS Global Priority Mail. We now ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
The shipping rates are determined based on the total weight of your order and which International shipping zone you are in. International shipping charges start at $17.50 and average about $25-$30 for a full kit (jersey and shorts). You will be presented with the correct shipping charges during the check-out process and before you are required to enter your credit card information. We will only ship to the billing address listed on your credit card and do not allow separate billing and shipping addresses for International orders.
Your country may charge import duties. It is your responsibility to find out how much you may have to pay before ordering. Contact your postal provider or ministry of customs for this information. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that you are liable for these charges and are willing to pay them.
Warehouse Pick Up
For our local Portland, OR area customers, we offer a free warehouse pickup option. Call us at 503-288-6430 to make sure items are in stock and to arrange for pick-up at our warehouse.
Other Shipping Information
Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping
charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted
for approval before your order is shipped.
Orders for products that are in stock will ship within 24 hours. Note that we
are closed during the weekend and national holidays, and that orders placed
during a holiday or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next
business day.
Due to the seasonal nature of clothing, some items may be out of stock or no
longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you and provide you with
an ETA or other options for your order.
Package Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will
receive an email when your order ships which will
include the tracking number.

Exchange / Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call Veloclothes at
1-888-288-6430 for an RMA. Ship the
item to the address below using a trackable shipper (UPS, US Postal, Fed Ex,
DHL) to our offices for exchange or a refund (excluding shipping).
Please note the reason for the return, make a copy of your receipt for your records, and include the
original receipt (email confirmation receipt or packing slip included with order) with your return.
Items that have been worn/used, are missing tags, or have passed the 30 day mark, will not be accepted for return or exchange. If and only if, there is a manufacturer defect, we will be happy to exchange your product for you within 90 days from date of purchase.
Note that:
- All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
- Items purchased on sale with a discount of
more than 15% are considered closeout items and are
not returnable for credit, but may be exchanged for
a different size if we have the size in stock at the
time of exchange.
If you have any question about sizing, please
call us at 1-888-288-6430 and we can help you make
sure that you get the correct size at the time of
your order.
We do not reimburse for return shipping costs. However, on exchanges, we pick up the cost
of shipping the replacement item back to you via USPS
Priority. We strongly recommendend that you use a traceable shipping method
when shipping. Veloclothes is not responsible for lost or
undelivered returns.

Out of Stock
Some of our items in our catalog are part of seasonal production runs,
and are imported from Europe. Once these items go out of stock they may not be available again.
Should this be the case, we will contact you and provide
you with options. You will never be charged for an order
that cannot be filled.
Should we need to complete your order using more than
one shipment, you will only be charged for the first
shipment. Veloclothes will pay for any additional
shipments for that order.
Sales Tax
Veloclothes ships from Oregon, a sales tax free state.
If your state requires you to track your online
purchases for taxation, you will be solely responsible
for doing so.
