Showers Pass Wind Vest

This vest uses a two-layer waterproof-windproof-breathable nylon front to extend useful temperature range with almost no added weight or bulk. This windproof fabric makes the vest more versatile than similar garments from other manufacturers (who only use basic nylon - not windblock fabric).

The back is made of top-quality moisture wicking mesh, the same as used in high-end mountaineering jackets. A draft flap with special anti-snag panel backs the two-way zipper, and the arms are finished with a sturdy stretch nylon tape.
