Returns: Veloclothes fully supports the products that we sell. If you need to return a product, please follow the directions on our shipping and return policies page (see link below).

Note that items purchased on sale with a discount of more than 15% are considered closeout items and are not returnable for credit, but may be exchanged for a different size if we have the size in stock at the time of exchange.

If you have any question about sizing, please call us at 1-888-288-6430 and we can help you make sure that you get the correct size at the time of your order.

Clothing Exchanges: Got the wrong size or color? No problem. Just:
  • Write a note explaining your exchange on the packing slip that came with your shipment and ship back to us using a trackable carrier (UPS, US Postal, Fed Ex, DHL).
  • As soon as we get your return, we will ship you the correct item prepaid by us.

Note: All exchanges MUST be within 30 days of purchase, and must be in unworn, unwashed condition, with all of the original tags attached. We cannot accept soiled or used clothing unless there is a clear manufacturer defect. In this case, we will replace the product with like merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Veloclothes sells only the best cycling apparel and accessories. In the unlikely event that you have an item that has a manufacturer's defect we will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please:
  • Within 30 days of purchase, contact us at the phone numbers or email address listed above and let us know about the problem.
  • We will ship you a new replacement item along with return postage for the defective item.
  • As soon as you get the new item from us, ship back the defective product using the prepaid shipping information.
